Healthy Home Indoor Air Quality Assessment

Step 1: Information Gathering

On initial contact, we will talk through your concerns and identify the most appropriate survey option for you and your home, with clear pricing options explained upfront.

Every home is different, so each investigation is tailored specifically to your property and circumstances.

Step 2: Inspection

A comprehensive inspection may be required to identify indoor air quality issues, mould and damp that may be impacting your health. This includes both internal and external assessments of your home, air sampling, visual inspections and readings taken using various equipment.  It may take multiple visits and follow-ups.

Step 3: Sampling

We may collect air, surface, and bulk samples. Each type gives us specific

information about your indoor environment. Samples will be sent to a lab for analysis, which can take some time. We’ll let you know when to expect the results.

Step 4: Report

Following an inspection, you will receive a detailed written report outlining the findings, and lab results, along with clear, practical recommendations on how to address any issues identified. Where needed, support from trusted specialist networks can also be arranged.

Step 5: Remediation

We create a custom plan to fix the issues found during the assessment. This may include addressing mould, improving ventilation, or removing contaminants. We can support you directly with some remediation services or connect you with specialists to help, if required. All our remediation activities follow strict safety protocols to protect everyone involved. We will inform you about the expected timeline for remediation and any potential disruptions to your daily activities.

Step 6: Full Decontamination Clean-up

Clean-up is essential to ensure all contaminants are removed after remediation

has been completed. We will verify that the indoor air quality has improved and the issues are resolved. We recommend regular monitoring and maintenance to prevent future issues. We may recommend Small Particle Cleaning (SPC).
