On initial contact, we will talk through your concerns and identify the most appropriate survey option for you and your home, with clear pricing options explained upfront.
Every home is different, so each investigation is tailored specifically to your property and circumstances.
A comprehensive inspection may be required to identify indoor air quality issues, mould and damp that may be impacting your health. This includes both internal and external assessments of your home, air sampling, visual inspections and readings taken using various equipment. It may take multiple visits and follow-ups.
We may collect air, surface, and bulk samples. Each type gives us specific
information about your indoor environment. Samples will be sent to a lab for analysis, which can take some time. We’ll let you know when to expect the results.
Following an inspection, you will receive a detailed written report outlining the findings, and lab results, along with clear, practical recommendations on how to address any issues identified. Where needed, support from trusted specialist networks can also be arranged.
We create a custom plan to fix the issues found during the assessment. This may include addressing mould, improving ventilation, or removing contaminants. We can support you directly with some remediation services or connect you with specialists to help, if required. All our remediation activities follow strict safety protocols to protect everyone involved. We will inform you about the expected timeline for remediation and any potential disruptions to your daily activities.
Clean-up is essential to ensure all contaminants are removed after remediation
has been completed. We will verify that the indoor air quality has improved and the issues are resolved. We recommend regular monitoring and maintenance to prevent future issues. We may recommend Small Particle Cleaning (SPC).
The whole process can take up to 12 months from the start date. This allows us to thoroughly check, monitor, and improve your indoor air quality.
We will keep you informed throughout the process with regular updates on progress, findings, and next steps.
We provide materials about indoor air quality and how you can maintain it.
We value your feedback and encourage you to share your thoughts on our services.
We know dealing with indoor air quality issues can be stressful. We are here for you every step of the way. Our team is dedicated to making this journey as smooth as possible. We have the expertise to guide you through the process and ensure a healthy indoor environment for you and your loved
ones.
